Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a familiar law firm based in Greater Manchester. They are looking for an Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding legal team.

This role pays a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 annum depending on experience.
They are looking for someone with at least 1 year PQE in Commercial Litigation and is preferably fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese
Responsibilities as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor:
- Able to handle high caseloads in Commercial Litigation from start to completion.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Give advice to clients on the law and legal disputes relating to their case.
About you as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor:
- At least 1 year PQE in Commercial Litigation
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage litigated cases from issue of proceedings to trial
