The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- Shared ownership and help-to-buy transactions
- Lease extensions and title issues
- Advising clients from instruction through to completion
