Job Description
Location: London, Reading, Sheffield, Manchester or Nelson
Salary: Discussed upon application
Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:30 -17:30 (37.5 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy & Execution:
- Own and deliver the Modern Workplace commercial strategy across all segments and channels, driving revenue growth and recurring gross margin through pricing, base management, and optimisation.
- Collaborate with Product and Partnerships teams to shape joint go-to-market initiatives, maximise cross-sell opportunities (e.g., Bytes integration), and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
- Maintain an external market perspective to ensure O2 Daisy’s Modern Workplace proposition remains differentiated and ahead of competitors.
Sales Leadership & Growth:
- Build and lead a focused sales team to deliver revenue and margin targets across SME/SOHO segments, while driving category growth through enterprise and public sector partnerships.
- Ensure all Modern Workplace bid materials are clear, compelling, and customer-relevant to maximise conversion and win rates.
Proposition, Marketing &BI
- Develop and deliver compelling Modern Workplace propositions and marketing programmes that build awareness, pipeline, and conversion across all customer segments.
- Leverage business intelligence for performance tracking and opportunity identification, ensuring propositions align with the wider portfolio and integrated go-to-market strategy.
Performance Management
- Accountable for delivering recurring gross margin and revenue targets across all segments and channels.
- Implement robust performance tracking and reporting, driving ongoing optimisation, innovation, and simplification of go-to-market activities.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and develop a high-performing Modern Workplace team, driving talent growth, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and role model leadership behaviours that create alignment, empowerment, and pace.
